The setting of hotel was good and incredible, in a near shopping center. What's more, it was right by many restaurants that offer a high variety of food and several retail stores.

The hotel is conveniently located near Oxox store and Angelopolis, which is modern. I enjoyed some takeout specials at Quesadilla Grill, luckily it was not very far from the hotel.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Mexico. the location was fantastic, surrounded by shopping centers and a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines. It was also easy to access, with the city center just a short distance away. Secondly, the staff were outstanding, always willing to help and make my stay enjoyable. And lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. this hotel was a great value for money.

Room cleanliness can be spotty, sheets had not been changed from previous guest and bathroom was not cleaned properly. While lobby and gym were fine, it's an important aspect that housekeeping needs more attention to detail.

We also felt secure with the safe in the room for our important belongings. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the historic area and offering stunning mountain views.
